In 2001, Mike and his wife Helen moved their family to the North Georgia Mountains to establish an art gallery on Dahlonega's historic square.

Soon the gallery grew into a shared artists' space, home to a few artists of various disciplines as well as a wine tasting bar, and is now known as The Bleu Gallery.  The Bleu Gallery is on the first floor of the Hall House building at 90 Public Square North.

The Stanton Storehouse was soon after acquired and renovated into hotel rooms along with the building next door, Littlefield Cottage. The two buildings were consolidated to form The Old Storehouse Inn, located across from Hancock park. With an art and wine gallery on the first floor, the building is a perfect destination for those wanting a quiet, fun weekend just a block away from historic downtown Dahlonega.

The Old Storehouse Inn is located about an hour or so north of Atlanta in Dahlonega, GA, just off the historic square.
