+ What's unique about the Old Storehouse Inn?
Built in 1884, we offer 5 unique rooms just a few minutes away from the Dahlonega Square with a nice view of Hancock Park! We share part of one of our buildings with an art and wine gallery - Canvas & Cork - on the first floor, so you're always mere steps away from a great time!
Since we are such a historic building, there is NO front desk or elevators on the premises. We have two rooms (the Piano room and Southern Comfort room) that are located on the 1st floor.
+ Is there an elevator on the premises?
No - please keep this in mind when choosing a room. Mason room, Stanton room, and Parkview room are on the 2nd floor. If you would prefer a 1st floor room, check out the Piano room and the Southern Comfort room.
+ How do I check-in?
As we are a historic building there is NO designated check-in desk.
In light of this new normal, there’s been a few updates to our check-in operations.
- We now offer a remote check-in option. Book online to set up your personal code that we will program into our electronic keypads before your arrival.
- Check-in is at 3pm.
- When a room is ready we will send you a text to the cell phone number on the reservation. When booking, please input the number of the cellphone you’ll be using the day of.
- The text message will provide all the information needed to make a no contact check-in.

+ What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 3pm. However, if a room is ready beforehand, we will send you a text with all the information you'll need.
Check out is at 12pm.
+ Is there parking?
There is a gravel parking lot with ample parking space behind the inn.
+ Do you allow pets?
Sorry, but because we only have 5 rooms we cannot afford to set one aside as pet friendly.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Like most hotels, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the reservation is not cancelled within the allotted time - your card will be charged the day of check-in.
+ Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes - we do! We will send confirmation to the recipient of your choice. Give us a call or email us for more information.
